Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All proceeds support music education, so we strive to make the return process as seamless as possible for our community.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
